What does it all mean?

As a Holistic Healer & Soul Helper .. it is my purpose in this lifetime to be a conduit to your healing, to your reclamation of self, the realignment to you authentically be-ing & thriving in this lifetime.

Having experienced many of the darker aspects & energies during my 47 years here, & subsequently navigating the many healing tools & modalities available, it has created an enormous 'library' of skills, tools, knowledge & lived experiences so that I can now share these wisdoms & teachings with you in our Healing Sessions.

I also work with & embrace the power of the 'unseen' .. our Spirit realm, where I can be (if you choose) the conduit for you to receive messages that further aid in your reclamation of self .. in your soul's growth, learning & healing.

What is it?
A holistic healing approach to your health & wellness that considers the whole person .. mind, body & soul. It encompasses various alternative & complementary therapies (including my aromatherapy massage & chakra / crystal balance) that aim to address the root causes of energetic imbalances rather than just treating symptoms. The focus is restoring balance & harmony to all aspects of your being.

What to expect :
During this healing you will be laying on your front, Alice will draw from & utilise a combination of techniques & knowledge (ie chakra & meridians, talk therapy crystal healing, aromatherapy massage, intuitive healing & channelled messages) all tailored to your needs & goals.

It is a holistic natural healing practice that brings your energy centres back into alignment. It involves placing numerous Reiki infused crystals on &/or around the body, aligning & balancing your energy centres, known as Chakras. Each crystal corresponds to a specific Chakra & helps to clear blockages & restore harmony to the energy flow within your whole body.

What to expect :
During this healing you will be laying on your back fully dressed, on a heated, soft & comfortable massage table, while Alice places her crystals on &/or around your body. Aromatherapy massage is a deeply relaxing, holistic healing practice that nourishes, relaxes & calms the mind, body & soul, creating space for deeper connection to self. Combining the known therapeutic benefits of touch with the healing properties of therapeutic grade essential oils.

What to expect :
During this healing you will be laying on your front partially undressed, on a heated, soft & comfortable massage table, Alice will combine the power of touch & essential oils to create a personalised experience addressing your specific areas of concern, focussing on your back, neck, head, hands &/or feet.
