My work blends energy healing, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and conscious inquiry — supporting you to move beyond insight and into lived change.

It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about meeting what’s present, releasing what no longer serves, and reclaiming what’s already yours.

Is this therapy?

No — and it’s also deeply therapeutic.
I don’t diagnose, analyse, or treat. Instead, I work with your energy, body, and awareness to support clarity, integration, and self-responsibility.

Many people come to this work after years of therapy, coaching, or personal development — when they’re ready to experience something more embodied and less cerebral.

Do I need to be spiritual for this to work?

Not at all.
You only need curiosity and a willingness to be present with yourself.

Some people experience this work through a spiritual lens. Others experience it as grounding, calming, and deeply practical.
The work meets you where you are — not the other way around.

How will I feel after a session?

That varies — and that’s intentional.
Some people feel deeply relaxed. Others feel clearer, lighter, or more emotionally open. Sometimes insights arrive later, quietly integrating over days or weeks.

This work continues beyond the session itself.
What shifts is often subtle — and profoundly lasting.

I don’t really understand energy healing… does that matter?

No. Understanding isn’t required.
Experience is.

Energy work isn’t something to figure out — it’s something to feel.
Most people don’t fully grasp what’s happening until after they’ve experienced it.

What if I don’t know what I want to work on?

That’s completely okay.
You don’t need a clear agenda or story prepared.

We begin with what’s present — in your body, your energy, your nervous system.
Clarity often emerges through the session, not before it.

How is this different from a massage or a standard healing session?

This work is interactive, intuitive, and deeply intentional.
It’s not just about relaxation — though that often happens.
It’s about awareness, integration, and embodiment.

Each session is guided by what you’re ready to release or reclaim, not a predetermined formula.

How many sessions will I need?

Some people experience powerful shifts in a single session.
Others feel called into a longer journey.

If something in you is ready for sustained change — particularly with patterns, beliefs, or nervous system responses — I may recommend a series or container.
We always move at a pace that feels right for you.

What if I’m skeptical?

That’s welcome here.
You don’t need belief — only openness.

Skepticism often softens once the body experiences safety, presence, and release.
This is not about convincing your mind. It’s about allowing your system to respond.

Is this work safe?

Yes.
Sessions are gentle, consent-based, and grounded in nervous system awareness.
You are always in control, and nothing is forced or pushed.

Your body leads. I follow.

How do I know if this is right for me?
