Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

To ensure availability for all clients and to respect the time allocated for each session, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

More than 48 Hours' Notice

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund.

Between 24 and 48 Hours' Notice

Appointments cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Less than 24 Hours' Notice

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment time, you are welcome to reschedule your booking.

Any cancellation fees outlined above will be waived if your appointment is rescheduled and attended within five (5) business days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, the full appointment fee remains payable.

Outstanding fees relating to a missed appointment must be paid within five (5) business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the following timeframes:

More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund

Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund

Refunds are not available for missed appointments.

Exceptional Circumstances

Life happens, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact Alice as soon as possible so your situation can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
